2010

While I was working for AstraZeneca my husband graduated Endodontic residency.

2011

My husband purchased Southwest Endodontics from 2 very well-respected Endodontists in Houston who were getting ready to retire.  The senior doctors didn’t NEED to promote the practice. They just handed out gift cards at Christmas to their top referrers.  It was a busy practice for 2 doctors getting ready to retire.  It gave me a stomachache when I would listen to Ron’s concerns about the practice not being busy enough to support one YOUNG doctor with a young family, cover the debt of student loans and the practice note.

2012

Ron and I decided I could quit my AZ job and market the practice part time.

2013

An associate was added to the practice.  I was able to use my background in marketing to implement a proper Marketing Program at Southwest Endodontics.   I was VERY efficient at gaining and growing new relationships within the local dental community so I could create a HEALTHY the referral network by only working part time.

2015

I was able to keep costs down because I ALREADY knew how to measure the growth in increased patient volume. And I was able to justify the money I was spending on marketing.  

2018

The practice grew to 2 locations with 3 full time doctors.
